How does the drag-n-drop feature work?
The drag-and-drop feature of LifeDrive USB simplifies document organization: 

1.Scan Documents: Start by scanning the documents you want to organize.
2.Navigate in LifeDrive USB: Connect the LifeDrive USB, open its interface, and go to the desired category.
3.Drag-and-Drop: Click and hold your scanned document, then drag it to the designated area on the LifeDrive USB interface. 4.Alternatively, use your file finder to select and drag files directly into LifeDrive USB's interface.
What do I do if I run out of space on the Lifedrive USB?
While the LifeDrive USB comes with 32GB of storage, which is ample for most users, we understand that some may have additional storage needs. If you find yourself needing more space, here are your options:

Upgrade to a Larger Drive: You can purchase a larger 64GB LifeDrive USB from us. This offers double the storage capacity, allowing you to continue adding more documents. If you wish to have all your documents on a single drive, you can easily copy the contents of your 32GB drive to the new 64GB drive. 

Purchase an Additional 32GB Drive: Alternatively, if you prefer, you can buy another 32GB LifeDrive USB and continue organizing your documents across multiple drives. 

These options ensure that you can keep all your important documents organized and accessible, regardless of how many you have.
Where do I store my physical files after I scanned and put them into my drive?
After scanning your physical files and transferring them to your USB drive, it's a good practice to organize the original documents into a folder and store them in a secure location alongside the USB drive. This ensures that you have both digital and physical copies well-preserved for future reference and added security.
How do I update the software on Lifedrive?

We strongly recommend keeping your LifeDrive USB in a safe and secure location, ideally together with the physical folder that accompanies it, which contains your hard copy documents. This dual storage approach ensures that, even in the event of losing the USB, you have a backup of your essential documents. While the LifeDrive USB is designed to be secure, protecting your physical device is crucial to safeguarding your data.
